@dig_deeper1 My 22 year old employee was moving 6 months ago. Bragged about this awesome 4 bedroom house on FB at the beach for $800/mo. Payments towards security deposit. $300 BG check to view the house. So excited!! Until I found the zillow post for $2.3 million, with the same pictures!

I’m renting my house (5 beds 3 baths 2270 square ft) for $3,114 with a security deposit of $4,671 for a total move in of $7785 excluding fees… This prospective tenant comes in and tells me how she got scammed out of $6,000 She tells me she saw a house for rent via owner through social media in Facebook marketplace for $3,000 monthly rent and a deposit of $3,000. She went to the house met the owner there and he showed her the house, she liked the house and stroke a deal. She sent him all the income proof passed the background check and credit check all good. Owner sends the lease agreement through Docusign she signed and she becomes a renter, finally she Zelled the owner $3000 rent plus $3000 deposit…. Renter didn’t want the house cleaned nor painted so that made the job easier for the owner. Renter moves in with her belongings and two weeks later she was barely getting used to the house when someone knocks on the door… Tenant opens the door, and the people outside introduces themselves as the property managers of that rental home. She’s confused, she said that there is no PM because she signed a lease agreement with the owner and she showed them the lease agreement and mentioned that the owner had no PMs. The Property Managers read the agreement and they are also confused because the owner is the previous tenant that used to live in that same house before he moved out. The Property Managers tell the new tenant that she was just scammed out of her rent and deposit. Tenant called the “owner” and phone was disconnected New tenant couldn’t do anything else but move out. Many such cases.

I went to the gas station and made sure I wore a mask to protect myself from others. The Hantavirus is on the news. Why won't people be responsible and wear masks? They're going to kill grandma. We need to mandate vaccines immediately and make sure people lose their way of life if they don't comply. Just kidding! DO NOT COMPLY with Communists!! Never trade liberty for safety, because if you do, you deserve neither. Carry on.

@amelia_tweetz Has anyone realized that we had PBJ or bologna sandwiches every day of the 80's? The lotteries pay for education in community college (sometimes while in high school) and National debt will never be eliminated?

Has anyone realized that if we taxed millionaires and billionaires by the same tax rate as the early 20th century, we would eliminate the national debt, be able to have free healthcare, school lunches would be free, community college would be free, and we’d still have a surplus within 5yrs.

Explaining food noise to someone who is completely ignorant to its existence is something I won’t do. If you yourself have not had to deal with it, there is no way you’ll understand & no it is not as simple as “just put the fork down” 🙄

I love all Tesla cars, but the Cybertruck will always be my #1 pick. It's so good that even when you travel the world, you wish you could bring your Cybertruck with you. Nothing else feels as good behind the wheel. The performance, the comfort, the design, the tech. It's a vehicle in a class of its own. Cybertruck owners, would you take yours anywhere in the world?

This economy is so scary & it’s not getting better. Rent is HIGH, gas is $4.00, You can only buy 3 days worth of groceries for $100. But yet our wages are the staying the same. That’s not including daily essentials and other bills! I’m making the most money I have and can’t see that for nothing! How are we suppose to LIVE!?

Customer: "Oh God, you're kidding right? Please tell me you're kidding. I'm on a diet and I can't have anything over 100 calories." Me: "Sorry to hear that." Customer: "I feel horrible about myself. I'm going to get fat. Please, tell me it's under 100 calories." Me: "Okay. It's 95." Customer: *instantly perks up* "Really? I can't believe this whole thing is only 95 calories! @botathan69 @LamarMK I drive 122+ miles a day and the ONE time I supercharged is the day I got my car, before home charger installed. 16 minutes. 16 minutes in 7 weeks. 16 minutes in almost 4,500 miles. I get home with over 100 miles of range left. My car "fuels up" while I sleep. <$5/day

Ask any Tesla owner if they miss going to the gas station. The answer is always the same. No. Once you experience the convenience of charging at home, the thought of ever owning another gas car goes out the window. No standing in the cold. No watching $80 disappear in 5 minutes. No more random stops just to fill up. Just plug in, walk inside, and wake up to a full charge every morning. Tesla owners, do you miss the gas station at all?

Back in February, gas was as low as $2.19/gal in my area. It is now $4.39/gal. We are all well aware that less than 2% of our crude comes from Iran or through the Strait of Hormuz. There is no reason for the current prices at the pump. None. (Other than greed, of course.) Couple that with the outrageous grocery prices… Whatever plan is in place to take down the deep state, it’d probably be a good idea to get on with it before everyone walks away. Is that a black pill? No. It is a kick in the ass and an honest to goodness observation.

🚨BREAKING: Former FedEx Driver Tanner Horner Sentenced to Death for the Brutal Murder of 7-Year-Old Athena Strand Tanner Horner, the ex-FedEx driver who kidnapped and murdered little Athena Strand in Texas, has officially been handed the death penalty after pleading guilty to capital murder and aggravated kidnapping. This monster took the life of an innocent 7-year-old girl who was just waiting for a package at her front door. Justice has finally been served. No more excuses. No more soft-on-crime policies that let evil roam free. The death penalty is exactly what this kind of pure wickedness deserves. Pray for Athena’s family as they try to heal from this unimaginable loss. America needs more justice like this.
