@Sunny083193 Paige is only reliable until there’s pressure…then she’d rather not risk failure and will pass before she takes an inefficient shot or even a difficult pass to win. Guarded like Caitlin, her reliability evaporates, as we saw at the end of the regular season when games mattered.
English

@maestroxv_ Projection eh? I came for just the basketball. I don’t need an avatar or politics, thanks.😊
English

First of all, that’s not how algorithms work lol.
Second of all, y’all confirm every day that you people will never “grow the game.” Yall are not here for hoops. I’ve said it a million times that Caitlin is a political cause for yall. She’s an avatar for your social agendas.
☯ 𝐴𝑠𝑠𝑎𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑛'𝑠 𝑏𝑎𝑐𝑘 ༒@mofaya_
Caitlin so iconic that somebody dropped 45 today on crazy efficiency and nobody cares. I ain't even seen not one highlight from that game. That's motion right there, it can't be bought or sold.
English

@BADatpokeman Solid shooter and scorer, fun to watch…but she’s not going to win you big games without CC. She can be your top scorer, but she’ll score more with CC feeding her. Look at the numbers and results…CC is the lynchpin and the best player. Otherwise Fever are .500 at best.
English

@BADatpokeman It’s funny you think she’s not exactly who she’s always been…her game is as it has been, and it got her nowhere for 7 years. CC draws the defense in and sets Kelsey up and scores more w/CC than without. W/o CC, Kelsey chucks shots if she can’t get open. She doesn’t pass like CC.
English

@Tdtoney1 Let’s just forget how many times the refs bail out Aja with phantom fouls on bricked layups and how that skews her shooting percentage on high percentage shots. 13/45 pts off of FTs 😂 she leads the league in FTAs each year.
Citron couldn’t miss as Indy has zero rim protection.
English

Clark took almost as many shots as Citron and A’ja did combined. She missed more shots than both of them took.
FanDuel Sportsbook@FDSportsbook
These WNBA stars put on a show tonight 👏 A'ja Wilson: 45 PTS | 3 REB | 3 AST Caitlin Clark: 32 PTS | 4 REB | 8 AST Sonia Citron: 30 PTS | 6 REB | 4 AST
English

@Just_Tae21 @robinlundberg Paige takes no risks. That’s the problem…a good player can be so risk averse they can only perform when there’s low pressure. Great players are willing to take risks when there’s enormous pressure and they’re more likely to fail. They shoot when they’re cold to get hot again.
English

@robinlundberg Well that’s who Paige is she doesn’t force bad shots which is a good trait lol. And she wasn’t missing because she simply is one of the better scorers and more efficient players period. Her shot diet is a plus. Gettin to my spots and not chucking is a great thing
English

Me a few days ago: "I'd like to see Paige Bueckers more aggressive putting shots up. She's too good to blend in."
Tae’@Just_Tae21
@robinlundberg This is a interesting take and I’m interested to see if the same logic is applied league wide or is it only specifically a good thing when it’s CC doing the missing
English

@AnsinJr @cdssportspod You think the Fever don’t suffer without Clark? Ticket sales will plummet when that gets out. Rookies have power when they’re THE reason the team is profitable. It’s mutually assured destruction if they bench her.
English

@cdssportspod Unfortunately under rookie contract Caitlin can’t say anything or she will get benched if she says something and they don’t completely change the only one that will suffer is Caitlin
English

@kughcumber @CapcityCode @CClarkReport @gatewaypundit When you do the math, an uncontested shot is worth about the same over a contested shot whether it’s a 2 or a 3. You get 1.2 points from either uncontested, and around .75 points if it’s contested. That means an assist no matter where it goes is worth about .5 points.
English

@kughcumber @CapcityCode @CClarkReport @gatewaypundit So wait, you’re saying getting an assist on a 2 is harder than getting one on a 3? Doesn’t that even the odds, not cheapen the assist?
Just stop. You hate 3s raining. Sorry, but passing out of a double or triple to hit an open shooter is every bit as hard as hitting a cutter.
English

@LeeMeister57 @BKBSham_ No you fucking retard, basketball is basketball. Alyssa Thomas has 0 championships. Shut the fuck up already
English

@kughcumber @CapcityCode @CClarkReport @gatewaypundit And I’m tapping out on this…spreading the floor with the three is VERY much a geometry lesson. You don’t shoot threes, then you have very clogged paint, which lowers the likelihood of taking any high percentage shots. The open three matters, accept it.
English

@LeeMeister57 @CapcityCode @CClarkReport @gatewaypundit That’s not geometry - 60% failure rate is statistics. Drawing a rotating defense to find an open player is hardly a new concept. A little math lesson - finding open players closer to the basket for high percentage shots is worthy of an assist.
English

@kughcumber @CapcityCode @CClarkReport @gatewaypundit Your high percentage shots come at a higher risk of turnover and a lower reward than a three pointer. That’s why the three has taken over the NBA. Why are you so eager to take away assists on high-value shots just because they’re not as high a percentage? Some shoot 40% from 3.
English

@LeeMeister57 @BKBSham_ You can't name a NBA champion that averaged 5 turnovers per game in the history of the NBA. The most turnovers by a PG who won a championship is 4 turnovers per game. That was 1 time, every other PG who won a championship averaged less than 3.7 turnovers.
English

@maestroxv_ @sapphireauras Actually, 4 out of 13 from that LSU team were drafted to the WNBA, which is 30.7%. Two were 1st Rounders, two were 2nd Rounders. CC was a 1st Rounder, Kate Martin 2nd, Monika Czinano 3rd.
Iowa also had to beat SC two days earlier, who had 9 future WNBA players incl Aliyah Boston
English

@sapphireauras Also the LSU team that CC lost to was not exactly stacked with WNBA talent 😂😂😂.
CC’s supposed to be this generational talent…yet lost to Angel Reese. The player that’s not close to her level apparently. 98% of that roster didn’t make it to the W.
English

@maestroxv_ @John0_99 @sapphireauras If you get to the title game in NCAA it is indeed special, but especially if you don’t go to UConn, SC, LSU, Tennessee, Notre Dame. Getting there with Iowa…twice 🤣🤣🤣 taking out South Carolina’s stacked team in 23 and LSU & UConn both in 24…Herculean.
English

@maestroxv_ @John0_99 @sapphireauras You are so deranged and WRONG. LSU had multiple 5-star recruits. There were about ~10 EACH on SC and UConn. Iowa had ONE 5-star, and a bunch of 4-stars. Iowa had THREE players drafted to the WNBA, 1/2/3rd Round. SC had NINE, UConn 5, LSU 4, including *many* 1st Rounders.
English

@Tha_Linksta @jcsIII7980 Anyone looking for offcourt paydays would give Indy a discount because attention on CC will dramatically raise their profile. Look what Sophie turned into all because she went after Jacy Sheldon one time! Just support CC and you will get millions praising you & buying your stuff.
English

@jcsIII7980 Could it be the franchise? Or the city? No free agent is giving Indy a discount to play there. The front office doesn't scout overseas and doesn't seem sophisticated enough to manage their roster like Phoenix and New York. That means they have to hit on every draft pick.
