A great birthday out hillwalking. The sun shone at times, the wind was chilly, the views were awesome, we met 3 amazing women (no one else) and I slipped and sat in a pool of water. Soaking pants and leggings ! A great day.

After 10 amazing years yesterday was my last day @CIPD, quite a day in many respects. I’m grateful for being involved in so many major projects to “champion better work and working lives.” I’ll miss the fab team but now on to pioneer the “Reimagine People Development” consultancy

Some encouraging stuff in here, including a focus on improving job quality. As it happens, @CIPD_NI will be publishing a Northern Ireland job quality report this June that will highlight some of the gaps. We look forward to engaging with the Minister and his team on this.
