🚨Local Government Reorganisation, my response: Today the Government announces its plans for Local Government Reorganisation in Leicestershire. 🦊 Residents will know I have campaigned relentlessly against any proposal to drag our beautiful Mid Leicestershire villages into the City Council area. I am extremely disappointed, though not at all surprised, that Labour have chosen to rip a number of our villages out of the County and hand them to a declining City Council. Our communities deserve better than to be treated as an afterthought.
