@LeedsBS hi, how do I change direct debit details without calling? I’ve tried emailing I don’t get a reply and my online account isn’t working either it just keeps saying incorrect password when I’ve changed it multiple times.

@LeedsBS why have I called you up and specifically asked you for a certificate of interest statement to be sent to me via a non secure email and accepted the responsibility only to now be sent the certificate via a secure email which I can’t access. Why don’t you people listen?
