Our colleague Karen spotted this deathcap mushroom recently 🍄 One of Britain's most deadly fungi, it has no antidote, a mortality rate of 90% - half a cap can be fatal. It's been used as a poison for millienia! It looks fairly ordinary but is a witchy green colour.
