One of our outreach workers Johnny was out with the lovely Emma from Beacon housing last night on the Wednesday late, trying to locate and engage people who are rough sleeping and help them with accessing temporary accommodation ❤️

The team attended some great training with the Hepatitis C Trust this week, well delivered, great content and participation. Some of the team were able to get tested during the session and we learnt about the accessible treatment of this virus. Thanks 🩺🩹🩸@HepatitisCTrust

Key to the work we do, being compassionate, flexible, patient, honest and making the service 'fit' the client, not the client 'fit' the service. Building trust is essential.
