@trials_Trex How much have you lost? I’ve just reached 10 stone weight loss after my surgery. Surgery can cause bone problems so I have to take calcium and I think they’ve mentioned osteoporosis to me. Are they going to do anything about your height loss?

@Leeelamoo Interesting! Ive recently lost quite a bit of weight so I wonder if that is a factor. I am at risk of osteoporosis after years of medication & an early hysterectomy. The body is weird! Hope yours turns out to be nothing xx

I got weighed and height done at the GP. It appears that I have shrunk an inch in height. Jon keeps telling me that Im shrinking, and i actually am

BoJo the Clown, Cummings, Sunak etc should be in prison for their failures during Covid. That week of “stay at home” but no lockdown, Barnard Castle, eat out to help out and all the parties! Makes me sick. #CovidInquiry

@trials_Trex @pandocruises Our cabin is mid and deck 9. Luckily I haven’t felt sick at all even though it’s been very wobbly. Nearly fallen over a few times though! I get to sleep really well and I think it’s because I’m being rocked to sleep 🤣

@Leeelamoo @pandocruises Our last time through was quite stormy but Iona did great. I found that staying mid ship and not going to the higher decks was better for me personally. And not looking out at the horizon as it makes you feel a bit gippy. Iona does handle rough very well 🚢 x

@pandocruises just some feedback regarding the disabled spots in the theatre. I don’t think the plaques are very visible. We have a wheelchair user in our group and it’s a bit awkward asking people to move if they’ve sat there without realising. Please make it more obvious 🙂
