After 9 months of being told the appeals were exhausted, that a human reviewer had already upheld the decision, and after reaching out to @TeamYouTube on X without getting a useful response... Also losing count of how many conversations I had with YouTube. it finally happened. A 1-hour chat with YouTube Support and an escalation to a manager named Candy: my wrongly terminated 20-subscriber channel has officially been reinstated. I never thought I'd fight harder for a 20-subscriber channel than for channels with hundreds of thousands of subscribers, but here we are. A huge thank you to Candy for taking the time to listen and help. Now that the channel is back, hopefully my Silver Creator Award eligibility can finally be reviewed again. Persistence always pays off. 🎉

@TeamYouTube You always give the same answer. There’s no real clarification or detail. It doesn’t move the conversation forward at all.

@TeamYouTube How can a platform make it so easy to destroy creativity before it even begins? I had uploaded my first video. There was no scam, no fraud, no links, no deceptive activity, nothing harmful at all. What's difficult to accept is the lack of consideration for context.

The issue occurred during the video upload and while I was learning. The video was posted two or three times unintentionally, I have explained the situation in detail via DM. What’s difficult to accept is the lack of consideration for intent or context.

@TeamYouTube Terminating my channel and preventing me from creating another one, when I was simply a creator learning how to upload my first video, feels unfair and disproportionate. I was not posing any threat to the platform or its community.
