@TheFindalorian @WorldMeetsAaron Irish NFL followers here - do people still support the same franchise when it leaves city?
Are there still Rams fans in Saint Louis or they'd look to the next closest team then?
English

@WorldMeetsAaron St Louis didn’t support the Rams
San Diego didn’t support the Chargers
L.A. is big enough for two teams.
Why shouldn’t L.V. Get a team?
English

NFL really should’ve kept the Rams in St. Louis, Chargers in San Diego and moved the Raiders to LA

Not a SINGLE Rams fan at SoFi Stadium 😭

While I'd much prefer a left of centre Government, hopefully Connolly can continue as Higgins leaves off...
*I won't be able to vote though as in Malta...

English

@JLowenWildlife I had them go over the Walberswick to Southwold ferry at 4:07pm, couldn’t believe my eyes 👀 🤪

@LeftLost_Pltcs This bird had encountered a Fulmar, either by accident or in a predation attempt, and been hit by the oil that Fulmars projectile vomit as a defence.

A freshly dead White-tailed Eagle washed ashore on Hoy this week, & I was given the chance to see it. I was able to age it as a full juvenile, & found that it had been contaminated by Fulmar oil, a likely factor in its demise. An impressive beast, with incredible feet & claws!

@CarlowWeather Is Louth a little mini climate qiht the Cooley Mountains and a bay?
Always seems a few degrees cooler- not complaining though !
English

No time for birding this summer unfortunately but nice to have a pair of sparrowhawks breeding behind the house...

@joefattorini Cheers! If I mix red wine with sparkling water and get looks ill quote you!
English

@LeftLost_Pltcs Tinto de Verano is one of my all time favourite drinks:

English

@joefattorini does anywhere in thr wordl have a tradition of drinking red wine cut with chilled sparking water?
Seems a no brainer for summer- shouldn't impact wine quality of no thign else added?
English

It seems to have worked;
New 1k, 1 Mile and 5k PBs this week!

Finally accepting the advice from all those friends who can rin a lot faster than me that you have to run more, but slower to eventually run faster. I think I get it....

Comma butterfly.
The first confirmed report of the Comma in the Republic of Ireland was in 2000 in Co. Wexford (O'Donnell & Wilson, 2009). It is now consistently recorded each year throughout the south and east ref. species.biodiversityireland.ie/profile.php...

@MeathBirder @PolarUK_IRE Agreed. I can't seem to get any fast than a pace of 4.45km so a lot of people have told me to do more running slower.
It's very hard to then "plod" along at 5.45 or so
English

Do you know what's harder than running fast? Running slow. Fact. #running #run #recoveryrun @PolarUK_IRE
