March 31 , Students of @LegalPracticeRw were inspired by a lecture on “#InternationalCriminalJustice and the #GenocideAgainstTheTutsi: The Role of the #ICTR and the Residual Mechanisms in Upholding Genocidaires Accountable” delivered by Mr. Abubacarr M. Tambadou, the Registrar.

As Rwanda approaches #Kwibuka32, the lecture on the #ICTR reminded the students that justice is not only about #accountability but also humanity. From landmark rulings to personal testimonies, the message is clear: “#NeverAgainer” demands action, unity, and remembrance.

Today, RRA celebrates 18 employees who earned a postgraduate diploma in Tax Investigation from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD), during the 14th graduation ceremony held this Friday at Nyanza campus. The Minister of Justice and Attorney General, @eugirashebuja1, commended the tax investigation course as a timely initiative to address the growing complexity of economic systems, strengthening accountability, combating financial crimes, and contributing to the protection of public resources.
