So, the survival of our democracy is now anchored on the recognition of one faction of one of the 21 registered political parties we have in this country? The same faction, even when recognised, could not win a single Council seat in the just-concluded FCT election? Democracy now means their own logic in the media space MUST be accepted and our judiciary processes ignored? These fellows think they can blackmail everyone to do their bidding AT ALL COST. Unfortunately for them, Nigerians are not so gullible.

As a northerner, I’ll say it clearly — I’ll campaign and vote for Bola Ahmed Tinubu again. And honestly, this mindset some of you have that we must support a fellow northerner just because he’s “our own” is just pure bigotry. It doesn’t even make sense anymore. For all these years we had northerners in power, what exactly have they done for us? What real development can you confidently point at? Most of them just used us, played the regional card, pushed nepotism, and expected us to keep clapping for them while they massage their egos. Wallahi, enough is enough. This blind loyalty has gotten us nowhere. I’m not voting based on where someone is from, I’m voting based on who I believe can actually do the job. And I stand by my decision.

With just over 400 days left in this administration, we remain focused on making every day count. Out of the 2,922 days Lagosians entrusted to us, we have spent more than 2,500 working to leave Lagos better than we met it. Along the way, we have been guided by the example of a leader who once governed this state and laid the foundation we continue to build on today. Today, three projects that will make a real difference in the lives of Lagosians were commissioned by His Excellency President Bola Tinubu who was represented by the President of the Senate, Chief Godswill Akpabio. The Ojota-Opebi Link Bridge is a major step forward for mobility in our city. For years, this corridor has been one of the busiest and most difficult parts of our transport network. This new connection will ease congestion, shorten travel time, and make daily life less stressful for thousands of people. The Lagos Geographic Information Service Building takes us further away from outdated, paper-based systems and brings greater transparency and efficiency to land administration. The Bola Ahmed Tinubu Administrative Complex brings key government services together in one place. This will improve coordination, speed up service delivery and create a better working environment for public servants. These projects reflect how we approach governance. We focus on real problems and deliver practical solutions. What matters most is results that people can see and feel. I want to thank everyone who made these projects possible, from the engineers and contractors to the public servants who remained committed from start to finish. There is still more to do, and we are not slowing down. In the time we have left, we will keep building and keep working to improve the quality of life for every Lagosian. I am proud of what we have achieved so far, and grateful for the support of Mr. President, whose leadership and reforms continue to make a real difference, not only in Lagos, but across Nigeria.

I don’t understand why some people treat democracy like a crime. You want to recycle the same old politicians that brought Nigeria down, but I don’t have the right to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu? You all must be joking, wallahi… Tinubu ×2, Insha Allah 🇳🇬🔥

💥💥💥💥💥 Lagos 4,000MW Power Hub Projects!!! Lagos State is currently developing four strategic electricity generation hubs under its Clean Lagos Electricity Market plan, designed to support up to 4,000MW of gas-fired power. These hubs, aimed at bridging the power deficit from the national grid, will each host projects with a minimum generation capacity of 500MW. Each of the four hubs is slated to provide 500 MW or more, aiming for a total of 4,000MW. The purpose is to address the gap between the state's estimated 6,000 MW requirement and the current sub-2,000 MW supply from the national grid. The hubs are designed to be located near existing DisCo (Distribution Company) substations, such as Eko and Ikeja, for optimized distribution. The four hubs being developed by the state are all located near existing distribution substations. These are ; Egbin, Ikorodu, Badagry, Agbara, and Ogudu.

Yesterday, I had the honor and privilege to visit and thank the President, @officialABAT, GCFR, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic, for the historic visit to Ogun State to commission the Gateway International Airport, Gateway Airlines, welcome the first cargo airline, and other landmark projects. I presented him with a ceremonial sword in his esteemed capacity as the Jagaban (leader of warriors/conquerors), urging him to continue his war on crime and criminality, anti-corruption, and particularly as he embarks on the second-term re-election, assuring him that in Ogun State, we are solidly behind him.
