Come on boss. I know you don't agree with a lot of fans, maybe including myself, when it comes to getting “experienced players”. Everyone including great legends in football knows what we all mean about experienced player. Don't get it twisted. How many times have I not spoken about Chelsea's lack of leaders in the team? I have heard Tosin has good leadershipshop skill at the dressing room. But can he play at the highest level? NO. The leadership you are talking about is relative. So When someone talks about “experienced players”, it comes with a lot. Not only playing more than 10,000 minutes in the top-flight leagues alone.

We don't need just experienced players, we need experienced leaders. We chat about 'experience' vaguely but define it wrongly. I brought up Yamal in a conversation today and they say he's already experienced (with 7,031 league minutes). So, if he's experienced, then 70% of our squad are experienced players.
