Small chance I overdid it with the protein pastries

blog.priceplow.com/supplement-new… The @LegendaryFoods1 dropped protein donuts with 50% of calories from protein. That's 20g protein, 0g sugar, 160 calories per serving. Most "protein" snacks are made WITH protein. These are made OF protein. Big difference for satiety.
