As I kept saying, I will be pretty surprised if that bench delivers any JUSTICE, the Preliminary Applications told us all we need to know. Sadly the brilliant of the 3 in Public Law can always weave any convincing analysis out of anything and it will be believable. How possible is it that such a MONUMENTAL DECISION will be in 2 weeks. The same Court that gives judgement dates in November. Let me be clear, the Submissions by the 1st Petitioner alone was 122 pages, we saw how monumental the issues are. A 1st of a Presidential=Deputy Presidential decision as this clearly looks HURRIED. Some will way such efficiency is ALL we want. But I hope I am so wrong on the Day the decision will be out. ✅️✅️ -Justice to the Constitution & not merely to a party against another. The bench has been given the RAREST OPPORTUNITY to set a PRECEDENT that will be available not for Gachagua Impeachment alone but ANY FUTURE PRESIDENTIAL Impeachment. We may need to see more than just a dismissal or upholding but a Rigorous engagement with the CORE DETERMINERS of this Petition as Article 145(3).✅️

Colon (:) introduces something. You usually use it when what comes after is a list, or an explanation, or even a reveal.

I don’t have designated running paths in my estate I have to compete with motorists
I have patients waiting for surgery but can’t afford it because the facility stopped taking SHA due to non payment
I have undergrads on strike at the uni because the university has no money for their learning materials
I have kids who have chosen not to show up to uni because the new funding model has spiked the uni fees to unaffordable levels
I finished school at a time when government had stopped direct posting only for me to open a kiosk to sustain myself and now your beloved KRA and government are demanding and obscene amount of money that I have never seen yet my accountant has been paying taxes
Now the same greedy beloved government of yours has closed all our hardworking business for two days because their greed has no limits
So honestly I don’t know what you are telling me to be honest 🙏
