The truth can be harsh but thats what exactly it is, although it is harsh i don't have to feel hate toward him, its about regulating your emotions so you can feel at peace

Whats important is holding that truth without feeling resentment because i know i dont hate him

The child who cried telling me he just wanted his parents to love him deserves to eventually reach a place where he can actually finally receive that love, it was that simple
