♦️Must Watch♦️
EFF National Chairperson and Chief Whip in Parliament, Hon. @NolutshunguN, told the media that the EFF walked out because it refuses to listen to someone who is avoiding accountability.
The impeachment committee is made up of 31 members, the majority of whom are from the GNU. We are going to watch them closely to ensure that they do not use their majority to shield Ramaphosa from accountability.

The Hypocritical DA Says:
CAPE TOWN WORKS, BUT FOR WHO?
Families wait years for housing, communities are flooded every winter, and poor people are treated like they are the problem.

The EFF’s Statement on the US$150 Million OPEC Fund Development Policy Loan to South Africa
-The EFF notes that the OPEC Fund loan follows a long list of policy loans secretly entered into with international financial institutions, including the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, African Development Bank, New Development Bank and other foreign lenders, all under the false promise that debt-driven reforms would stabilise the economy and attract investment. Instead, these loans continue to lock South Africa into exploitative profiteering policies that undermine economic sovereignty, weaken state capacity and advance the privatisation of strategic state functions in energy, transport and logistics.

[BREAKING NEWS]
We Have NOT Forgotten That The DA Has Awarded A R1.6 Billion Tender To its “Funders” ‼️‼️‼️
The Department of Basic Education has awarded 26% of a R1.6 billion textbook tender to Lighthouse Publishers (Pty) Ltd allegedly funding DA, a little-known company with no proven track record, which was registered shortly after the tender was announced.
What is even more telling is the silence that follows. When corruption allegations involve certain political actors, particularly the DA, the mainstream media suddenly go quiet. @Newzroom405 👀
The same institutions that are quick to amplify “scandals” elsewhere become hesitant, selective, and subdued - exposing a troubling double standard in how corruption is reported and scrutinised in South Africa.

The EFF’s Statement on the Devastating Storms, Flooding and Greater Garden Route
-Yesterday’s destructive winds once again exposed the complete collapse of disaster preparedness and municipal planning under the DA-led coalition government involving the Democratic Alliance (DA), Freedom Front Plus (FF+) and Icosa. Informal settlements and historically neglected communities remain flooded, waterlogged and unsafe. Poor and working-class residents are once again left to suffer the consequences of a government that prioritises privileged suburbs, tourism marketing and political public relations over the dignity and safety of black communities.

The EFF Demands the Immediate Arrest of Corrupt SA Army Foundation Executives Angel Errol Ramphele and Maria Rosa Barros for the Theft of SANDF Pensions
-The principal architects of this betrayal must be named and shamed: Angel Errol Ramphele, the former Managing Director of the SA Army Foundation, and Maria Rosa Barros, the senior executive responsible for financial and accounting oversight. Between February 2016 and March 2022, they orchestrated a brazen scheme of corruption that included the commingling of client funds, the submission of deliberately misleading regulatory reports, a complete failure to exercise proper care over entrusted monies, and the making of unauthorized payments directly into their personal accounts from the bank account of the SANDF Group Life Insurance Scheme (GLIS). These unauthorized transfers were largely funded by additional monthly administration fees unlawfully deducted from the salaries of serving and former SANDF personnel through payroll systems and the use of Defence Force facilities.
