🚨ICE/Border Patrol agents were caught on camera committing a hit-and-run in Minneapolis. In the video, an unmarked federal vehicle is stopped in the road. A legal observer is sitting in a car behind them, not violating the law, just observing. Then, without warning, the agents start reversing the vehicle towards the observer… But, they failed to notice a parked car sits directly behind them. As the observer backs up, the federal vehicle slams into the parked car. They stop… and pull forward. You can see the moment they realized they just fucked up, and are debating what to do. They realize no one is in it… so they drive away. And this isn’t the first time… ICE and Border Patrol agents are driving aggressively through communities across the country, using their vehicles as weapons, putting neighbors, families, and bystanders at risk. And anytime they hit someone, instead of a parked car, they aggressively arrest the person they hit and say they were “rammed.” For a department that constantly claims it’s hunting criminals, their agents sure seem to be the ones committing the crimes.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents are now detaining parents bringing their children home from school, then using the child as bait to try to lure others. Yesterday, in Columbia Heights, ICE agents arrested a man while he was bringing his 4-year-old son home from school. Instead of letting the parent arrange care, or contacting a guardian, which ICE policy requires, agents appear to take the child into a back alley and used him as bait to try to draw others out of the home. When that didn’t work, they took the child and left. Which violates ICE’s own policy. Their policy is clear, children are not to be taken into custody during enforcement actions unless they themselves are being arrested, and agents are required to prioritize the child’s safety and immediate placement with a caregiver. And considering ICE’s documented habit of moving people across state lines and fast-tracking deportations without access to legal counsel, separating a child like this puts families, and children, in real danger. Detaining a 4-year-old with no warrant isn’t immigration enforcement. Using a child as bait to try to lure other family members is not law enforcement. It’s a violation of basic constitutional protections and child welfare standards.

🚨BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol agents are now hitting unaccompanied minors with their vehicles, detaining and disappearing them, even after being shown a U.S. passport. Yesterday, agents rear-ended a car being driven by a 16-year-old, with her 15-year-old brother in the passenger seat. Instead of calling a guardian, agents photographed the 15-year-old… and then took him. The 16-year-old showed agents her U.S. passport…. But, that did not matter, they still handcuffed her and threw her into their unmarked car. Both minors. Both unaccompanied. Detaining children, ignoring proof of citizenship, and hauling minors away, after rear ending the car they were driving, is not immigration enforcement. That is child trafficking. And it’s happening in broad daylight by the Trump administration. Share this. Document everything. Demand accountability. Because if federal agents can do this to kids with a passport, no one is safe.

🚨BREAKING: ICE / Border Patrol illegally arrested ANOTHER unaccompanied minor in McKinley, Minnesota. Not a criminal. Not “the worst of the worst.” A CHILD. In the video, you can see a child being chased by an agent. The agent tackles the child into the snow, in freezing temperatures, while he is wearing only a sweatshirt. The child tries to explain that he’s legal. The agent doesn’t care. Then, unmarked vehicles drive up. The agent handcuffs the child, shoves him into the back of an unmarked car, and disappears him. And let’s be clear about the law: Minors are not required to carry ID. Federal law and long-standing policy says, unaccompanied minors are not supposed to be detained or interrogated like adults, and ICE is not allowed to just take a child without notifying or involving a parent or guardian. Children are supposed to be protected, not hunted. This is child trafficking. Please share this, and every video/post you see. Because if they’re willing to tackle a child in the snow and vanish him into an unmarked car… they’re counting on silence to get away with it.
