0-10k/day in 30 days with Google Dropshipping Backstory: this store got dissaproved at the beginning of March. With our partners we managed to get it back online pretty soon after. Before it was doing 2-3k/day but performance was not great. Performance was not great at the beginning of the month. We checked which products didn't perform well, put them offline and made sure the feed was 100% filled with bestsellers. How is our catalog looking currently? - 850 summer products - 150 spring products - 150 all season products - 450 winter products What did we do to improve? - Optimize the store (CRO) - Daily check-ins with our media buyer - Remove bad performing products - Adding bestsellers - Optimizing content from bestsellers Store ROAS: - 0-15 march: 2.45 - 16-31 march: 3.06 Any questions? Ask it in the comments! - Wesley

How to Start with Google Dropshipping? Below I've listed how to get started with Google Dropshipping in a nutshell. These are the steps you need to take for going live. We've done 7m+ with Google Dropshipping in less than an year. This business model has crazy potential and has changed Joep and my life. This can be the same for you! How to start? 1. Company Setup: Set up an company in your country - make sure you are able to use Shopify Payments and Paypal. If that's not available in your country - find a partner who can help with setting up an HK or UK company. 2. Niche/Competitor Research: Find your niche, if you see certain competitors doing a lot of volume (use Similarweb) and you are able to dropship the products, it can be an interesting niche. Dive deep into this, since good preparation is half of the work. 3. Store Building: If you don't have experience with Google Dropshipping, best to find an GMC partner first. They can provide you with a checklist of requirements that your store/listings needs to meet. After this is fixed: look at your competitors and use their stores as inspiration and improve where possible. 4. Product Research: Since you already have a list of competitors, it's easy to find the right products. Check my post about Product Research to see how you do this the right way. 5. Product Listing: Start with listing 20-30 products and 5-6 collections for the GMC approval. Don't list fake brands or list products with statements that you can't deliver. Also never grab products and content from brands! 6. GMC Approval: In the beginning it's the easiest to find a partner who helps you get an gmc approved. They will provide you with guidelines for store building/product listing. Without an GMC you can't run Google Shopping Ads. 7. Launching Ads: Launch a pmax campaign at 20-50 budget and a few days later an branded search campaign as well. As soon as you reach $500+ in revenue, it's best to onboard with an media buyer. They will help you get to 10k+ days. If this business model got your attention, get started asap! Any questions? Let me know in the comments. - Wesley

Product Relevance is Key Naming the product right in Google is one of the most important things. If we call a Maxi Dress a Midi Dress, the customer won't see what they are looking for while searching on Google. If you handle this properly, you'll make sure you don't lose any customers over these easy made mistake. So many times on websites you'll see jackets that are named coats, jumpsuits that are called rompers etc etc. Let's get rid of this. How do you implement this with your team? - Create an sheet with an explanation of all product types - Add a minimum of 2 images that showcase the producttype - Add a small description of 2 sentences about what it means - Add this to your Listing SOP - Schedule a call with your team and introduce this and make sure it's always being used. Small tip, but an effective one. If you have questions, let me know in the comments!

@wesleydegraaff_ Thats a 4x markup on the cogs. Is it cause you have good conncetions to your supplier or you just price it higher than competitors? I am running in Italy and I am not sure, if I can go 4x markup since Italy CVR is normally already low. What would you suggest?

The power of low COG % Most dropshippers run on a 30-33 COG percentage, but this is not needed. With a lower COG% between 20-25% you have also more spend for your ads to be profitable, we have always seen that with a lower COG % our profit was the highest. Make profit not revenue

@wesleydegraaff_ Whats your starting budget? How do you approach scaling on a lower budget? Do you also scale when you have a Roas of like 1.5 just to get more data quicker? When do you start setting a TRoas (at what budget)?

The reason as to why i can have 25+ Google stores active at the same time is because I don't touch any of them, literally. They are all outsourced to an agency. Full Auto Pilot. I’m partnered with them now, so if you want the contact comment ''AUTO PILOT'' and i'll send you the details. No shady revenue % fees. You pay for the work you get.

Guys, i’m literally giving you the recipe, stop playing around. I will have 70+ Google Stores by the end of this year, still ALL on auto pilot and outsourced. Im sharing the agency one last time because im still getting spammed in my DMs. Comment ‘’GOOGLE’’ and Retweet and i’ll send you the contact. I’m only doing this because I get an affiliate, they are the best in the industry tho and I used them for all my GMCs. No bs from me lol
