@PixelTerrorBass I believe a minimum loudness is required however, around -6 LUFS HOWEVER, if the high-end is squashed, I will literally turn it off not down lol

a fellow producer recently said "the loudness wars are over". What are listeners thoughts? Do you prefer a song that is louder and still possesses strong dynamics over one that is quieter? Does anyone even notice? I tend to notice personally if something is distinctively quieter
