Hello CT, Today marks 1 year since I entered the meme coin trenches. I haven’t achieved what some of you guys have but if you’ve got a small port or you’re just trying to figure this space out, this might be for you. I’ve always chased money. Tried YouTube. Tried dropshipping. Some wins, nothing life-changing. Then one day at school I saw charts on someone’s screen. “Meme coins on Axiom,” they said. I signed up. Photoshopped my ID just to be old enough to buy crypto. The first 2 months? Drilled. Could only afford tiny amounts of SOL. Got drilled to zero constantly. Turned $50 into $120 in a week… Lost it all in a day. That cycle repeated. So I studied. Stared at the scope for hours. Convinced my dad to lend me 1 SOL. I was sure this was it. I lost that too. Down to my last 0.25 SOL. I aped 0.1 into an Ansem tweet. 3x. My first real win. That trade changed everything, not because of the money, but because it taught me patience. Only bid quality. Stop chasing trash. From there, I stacked 2–3x plays. Ran $30 into $1.2k. Exams hit. Took a break. Came back, the market had shifted. So I pivoted to devving. Within my first 10 launches, I spawned an 800k runner ($PIO). $4M volume. The fees alone made more than 10x my total PnL at the time. Since then, it’s been constant building and learning. Bonding coins left right and centre October–December were rough. Uni + bad market conditions. I didn't let those 2 months determine who I was. I bounced back early 2026 and January was my best month ever. The only difference between then and now? I didn’t quit. You are one trade. One dev. One adjustment away. Click. Fail. Study. Adapt. That’s how I went from 2 figures to a mid 5-figure port in a year. We often hear negative stories on CT, scams, drains, farmers etc. But today I want to share something different. I lent my friend who I met online 30 sol to enter a presale after he hit 0 after losing it all in the casino. The presale turned out to be a scam (fuck you @mamadxb_ I promise you aren’t getting away with it) and he didn’t recieve his tokens, and I was out 20 sol as well on it. Today, my friend who was IN DEBT to me and had absolutely nothing fully refunded the 30 solana I lent him. He had no obligations to do so, he could have ghosted me, not sent me back a penny. Out of his good will and 2 months of hard work he paid me back. There are a lot more good people than we think on CT
