The collapse of the long-term private rented sector into short-term holiday lets has resulted in many people not being able to afford to live and work in the Lakes. Local planning authorities must be given the powers to limit the number of short-term lets in their communities.

Following the publication of the White Paper, it was good to see MPs @Perran4CRH & Noah Law raising our national minority status with @JimfromOldham. We need to campaign to turn the minister's comment about a more nuanced approach to devo for Cornwall into something meaningful.
