i never understood why some businesses choose to use AI for their graphics instead of hiring or commissioning actual artists/designers. even if you’re pro-AI, it makes you look cheap. if you cut corners on your marketing, what else are you cutting corners on?

The heartbreaking part is that the left image is literally how drawing starts. Blocking out ideas like that is a common strategy to art. They’re so close to creating what’s in their head themselves but instant results culture has normalized skipping the part where people fall in love with the journey of creating.
