On Saturday we hosted our 1st of 2 futsal coaching courses! Thanks to a great group of coaches who came out to learn about futsal techniques, tactics & how to set up/break down a bow net! Are you coaching in the futsal league & interested in joining the next course? DM us!

Thank you to @_MBAthletics for continuing to work with some of our Academy teams to help kids grow mental awareness of their game. The techniques they learn help with focus, anxiety, mental recovery from mistakes, confidence and more!

Coach Tim traveled to NC last weekend with the 2012 & 2009 girls to compete in the NCFC Junior Showcase. Both groups worked hard this season & persevered (the 2012s playing a year up!) to get to this tournament. Awesome results for both teams, tons of team bonding and FUN!
