5- That’s also how we improve developer experience across the Polkadot ecosystem: not through one massive release, but through continuous shipping, testing, and refining with real users. One comment, one bug report, one click at a time.

1- One of the biggest lessons from building RevX has been this: Don’t wait for perfect. Ship the smallest thing that works, get it into real users’ hands, and learn fast.

4- None of this came from a giant roadmap. It came from watching where users struggled and iterating quickly. Feedback that hurts is feedback that works.

3- Users wanted easier project exports → GitHub integration followed. Rust on PolkaVM felt difficult → AI-assisted agentic coding was created. Wallet mapping created friction → auto-detection and mapping solved this. 220-second compilation times → pre-warmed crates bringing it down to ~20–30 seconds. Slow Bulletin sharing → CAR compression for 1 transaction per 3mb chunk instead of 1 per file.

2- RevX started as a very simple IDE that could compile and deploy a contract on Polkadot. That was enough to start collecting feedback and that feedback shaped everything that came next.

Testing in FULL swing & we’re seeing the first rust based contracts deployed through RevX come to life We’ve also seen RevX adapt to a more ‘agentic’ style, so better get prompting If you’re looking to make a super quick and small reward in DOT, then read below👀👇

You know, @Polkadotsub0 may be over, but the learning and the connections definitely aren’t. Today we’re at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, listening to @gavofyork speak about JAM — and the momentum keeps going.
