Beginning on Tuesday, May 26, at 9 a.m. through Wednesday, May 27, at 6 p.m., weather permitting, there will be a temporary road closure of Rhea Road between Thomasville Road and Lawton Chiles Lane. This closure is for striping. For more information, visit LeonCountyFL.gov/RoadClosures

Beginning on Tuesday, May 26, through Wednesday, May 27, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, weather permitting, there will be a temporary northbound lane closure of Meridian Road at Lakeshore Drive. This closure is for drilled shaft installation for a traffic signal.

On Monday, May 25, Leon County offices, libraries, community centers, Animal Control, Solid Waste, and Household Hazardous Waste Centers will be closed in observance of Memorial Day. Parks, greenways, campgrounds, and boat landings will remain open.

In observance of the Florida Emancipation Day holiday, County offices, libraries, Animal Control, Solid Waste & Hazardous Waste Center, and community centers will be closed on Wednesday, May 20. County parks, greenways, campgrounds, & boat landings will remain open.

Occurring on Tuesday, May 19, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., weather permitting, there will be a temporary westbound lane closure of East Magnolia Drive between Country Club Drive and Brighton Road. This closure is for emergency electrical repairs inside a manhole.
