@ricobarkss Good strategy for sure! I still have my 50mg tablets, I just take them every 2-3 days, sometimes 4, it really depends. Been doing that for a bit, and my labs still looked good, so I think I'm okay for the time being 😁

The way I see people just play around with their E dosing like it’s a joke is concerning 😭 like “teehee doubled my dose but I was fine” 😭 that shit can actually fuck you up like what are we doing 😭😭 educate yourself and find the ideal zone for YOU and STAY CONSISTENT

@ricobarkss Basically where I'm at! The injections and prog are DEFINITELY doing the heavy lifting, and if I am able to fully stop using the T-blocker after a while, then I don't have to worry about the annoying side effects

@LeonaSnohVT Yessss I’m so close to being off my T blockers too. Just giving it a lil more time and weaning off them because estrogen is doing like all the heavy lifting there now 🥰💖

@ricobarkss Same!!! The only thing I really lowered was my T-blocker because it was having some side effects I didn't like. Now I mostly just take E injections and prog, with the occasional T-blocker It's different for everyone but you gotta be smart about it of course
