@alex8x8 @AvaloniaUI @danardelean That’s a great point, I just checked the original MS blog to see and it does say that 'Java' in the chart is an ‘Android application written in Java’ #lols-per-second" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">devblogs.microsoft.com/dotnet/dotnet-… so I assumed the MAUI AlohaKit must be too? Else it would make the comparison very unfair 😅

@LeonardArran @AvaloniaUI @danardelean You are assuming Android, but it could have been run on e.g. Windows or Mac. @AvaloniaUI can you share on which platform did this test run.

@nkanauzu @nickchapsas Nick seems to actually be pointing to the SAME tests as presented in the conf. If you look in the repo his post included, you can see that the numbers are a bit cherry picked. @NotionStatus To echo what others here are saying, you have a great product with an amazing community, but we need a date for offline mode, it's been talked about for ages. But if it's not going to be a feature, users need to know so we can find a product that can, its THE priority.

We’re seeing a number of folks asking whether this issue occurred because we didn’t renew our domain or because the .so domain was reclaimed. Neither of these were responsible. This was a very unusual DNS issue, and we’re putting protocols in place to avoid it in the future.

We're experiencing a DNS issue, causing the site to not resolve for many users. We are actively looking into this issue.

@NotionHQ if you don't have an offline version of your application, having ongoing server issues is a strong incentive for users to switch to something else :/
