@hansmollman I've been thinking this recently! Watching shows from 2000s and everyone looks at least ten years older than they would now. But also I am old now so maybe it's that.

What is the deal with like people from previous generations looking older than people of the same age now, like is that a real thing or is it just perspective

@heymrsbond 7 months into motherhood and found myself feeling guilty + lacking because my husband does such a lot of the physical and mental load (not more than me, prob about the same). Realising how much I have internalised the idea that my worth is bound up in role of overburdened mother.
