Make your own hand sanitiser by adding a few drops of anti-microbial essential oils to aloe-vera gel. Store the mixture in a little bottle that’s easy to carry in your day bag at summer festivals and other times where you are at increased risk of picking up infections.

Whilst on holiday it's important to keep up your fruit & veg intake to ensure your obtaining enough fibre to keep your stools regular. If still struggling to pass a stool, consider taking a gentle fibre supplement such as psyllium husk to help get things moving.
