Do you see articles every time a US Citizen is pulled over for a speeding ticket? Why should media ever inform people when an illegal overstays a visa? Poor assumption, Bill. This isn't about the constitution- media is not mentioned within for very good reason. The word 'allegedly' only sprang up in popular use 20 years ago- it predisposes the reader / viewer of potential controversy- the fact that a law was broken is really the end of the story for the common man- which is why we have courts and a jury. The simple fact media uses the word is a proposal judge fore themselves- which is exactly then reason politics is so polarized today.
