But I'm not really that pessimistic. Is it just that one of the story's focus choices is romantically involved with some random dude? I already have Bg3. When I want to see Astarion making jabs at Violetta (or whatever her name is), in action, as he acts.

I have some thoughts about Astarion book. I'll tell you what I want to talk about: how Astarion realized that killing people is fun, or was a corrupted Magistrate - or both at the same time, which would be even better #Astarion
