Hot tip: make Mark Bittman's flatbread crackers. Easy as pie (dough). Mix a cup of flour w 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup cream or mill + whatever spices you like (I used turmeric & garlic here). Roll flat & bake 10-15 min at 400°. Enjoy!
