@RazztheTerrible @halofactorymoon I think an occasional Pika ditto is better than seeing the 50th Marth Wolf set. I can't speak for other ppl but if some top level player went Pika vs me I'd be even more inclined to go a remix character because it would be more fun and a better viewing experience for everyone.

I wish Keystoned would legalize vanilla characters for Remix in the future. Much rather have someone challenge me with their vanilla main than play some shitty remix character they only have 3 hours on. Also if you are going to ban any1 at all it should only be Falcon/Yoshi.

@JoshBrodySSB @RazztheTerrible @halofactorymoon Ngl Keystoned having good payouts for those who win is a big reason I even squeeze 3 brackets in one weekend. If it was free I would not enter and just take pictures or do something else while I'm there. I'm just one person but I think stakes always make everything better.

@MojoFunky That's usually what's done actually, I didn't clarify in the tweet. Keystoned banned top 4 which I think just doesn't make sense. Some top 4 characters just straight up lose to certain remix characters or have close matchups.

@halofactorymoon Many years ago at Keystoned there was a bracket where all vanilla was legal and it was fun. Got to play vs JPX Yoshi as Sonic and vs Dogs Falcon/Pika as Wolf. Interesting to think the remix characters were balanced to be able to compete with vanilla, never knew that.

@LevelWithKevin It sucks to me because the remix characters were balanced to be able to compete with vanilla characters and vanilla just gets banned anyway. Would be sick to see vanilla vs remix in a tournament properly.

@LevelWithKevin Baby saga is cool. Rest of it is pretty rough. Black star arc is boring and a slog. This is coming from someone who loves the original Dragonball.
