@ghostedpixie its not really that much, the average person just moves their body way to little so it seems like a lot in general i think? overall there should be less emphasis on steps and more an actually working out, the heartrate needs to be raised & muscles need to be used to be healthy :/

is over 10k steps a day actually that much? it’s like the “health standard” and many online things say 12k+ is like insane but is it actually? bc bc insane to me is 30k+ (like daily avg) but that could be warped by ed stiff

@the8kcals stay safe, I‘d straight up faint 💀 heat + dancing & screaming + being in a crowd make me almost faint every time even when I ate well make sure to drink enough!!

@starvingmiffy die von aldi etc sind immer so 290-300 cals und irgendwie ists eine art safe food für mich?? weil die meisten anderen geilen sachen da sind immer noch viel mehr (wiegen meistens halt einfach mehr) und croissant sind SO geil dass es worth it ist

@choiminhodiet meat is more expensive most of the time where I live, also vegetarian alternatives stay fresh for longer! additionally I just like the taste of tofu, tempeh, granulated soy & seitan :> those are the things that motivate me to eat almost no meat + what I substitute it with

how can I eat porridge with like 50g of oats and seeds + 100g quark + 180g of fruits and still be hungry… it has fibre, it has protein, it was a huge portion :( why am I so fat-minded

but the weather is nice so, i‘m gonna go on another run and maybe a walk with bf later :> i‘m currently pacing for ~1h, then coffee, then getting my sewing space ready for later, then running and then having porridge! with the new frozen berries i bought, i‘m really excited!!
