Last night, England struggled as the side connections lacked it, and the ability to play around or over was limited. This team above provides the balance with a number nine who can play where he can do the most damage. Hall will push O'Reilly. Bellingham will start behind Rogers, but you know he will have his moment if England is to do well. Should he start? I think so, but Rogers has credit with Tuchel. Stones, if fit, will split the time with Konsa. There's a heavy burden on Saka. His 1v1 individual ability is way above anyone else in the squad. I hope Reece James is fully fit behind him; that's a world-class right-hand side, well complemented by Rogers. Palmer, Foden... undoubted ability. Where they fit into Tuchel's 4-3-3, I don't know. Tuchel has stated he is picking his best team, not individuals. Finding a balance with either player in the ten or out wide is difficult. The Foden nine experiment didn't work, nor did it show a glimmer of working last night.

Pablo is gonna be one of those guys that suffers the same issue as Souček long term. Not great on the eye so suffers criticism, but my god he works hard and that can’t be understated so far.

This is very damning. Paints the picture that Nuno is not up for the fight and he's on the verge of completely losing the respect of his players. A loss to Forest on Tuesday needs to see a serious conversation about whether it's worth sticking with him until the summer. ⚒️

As frustrating as it is to draw after having such a commanding lead at HT, I would have taken a draw before the match started. There’s still plenty of improvement to be made, but we’re definitely heading in the right direction. 7pts from our last three games is a step forward!
