Last day at my current school before starting my new job in Dubai!🇦🇪 strange to leave part way through the term but buzzing for the new adventure!

Busy few weeks with some interactive teaching to my Y10 GCSE PE class!🏋️☀️

The start of rugby season….❄️☃️🏂

Some cracking goals this football season from the boys and girls! Very proud of the progress made this term, managing to put out 26 teams across from U9-U16 for boys and some decent cup runs for the girls 💪⚽️

Test cricket…. The best sport in the world 😍❤️

One of the longest half terms ever, but one where I got my first promotion to Assistant Director of Sport! Excited to get my teeth into a new role!👍

Some spectacular pitches and schools over the last few days! Excellent football on show at Hampton, Wellington and Clayesmore. ⚽️

Great afternoon on Saturday at the Baseball in London! Quality atmosphere but still doesn’t get near cricket in my book⚾️

A cracking afternoon of fun for our Y3/4 on Friday, all organised by the Y10 Sports Leaders. 65 Y10’s passing the course with flying colours while developing their transferable skills! 🏅

Some setting for today’s U15 Cricket Match. May have lost in a competitive game but really impressed in how the boys bowled and fielded, extremely impressive for one to score 50*. Slowly but surely, higher standards are being set!

Been given an hour of team building with Y10, last lesson on a Friday, anyone out there got an innovative team building game that I can try for 15-20 students?

What a difference the sun makes to the summer term! A much more positive week and one of the girls scored the first girls 50* in school history (we think)👏🏏

After all the rain yesterday, amazed that our opposition school managed to get a good wicket! Another win for the Senior Boys, some aggressive batting and some impressive spin bowling👏

Preparing our students for sports day when the pitches are too wet for cricket 💪

Usually the most picturesque of the grounds we use, shame the building work on their pavilion remodelling only started last week🤔 some excellent batting on show from the U13 girls to get 110 of 20 overs before rain stopped play! #thebritishsummer

The last proper lesson with the Y11 cricketers, all still dedicated to the game and willing to learn! 🏏
