The prequels were the most hated thing on planet so much so George Lucas sold the franchise due to the backlash. Thanks to things like the Clone Wars and a generation of kids who grew up on the prequels loving them they came back into favour, the same will happen for the sequels

I don't know what kind of movie the critics wanted but I loved this.
Jaafar Jackson was great as Michael, the music is great, the dancing is phenomenal. It's absolutely highlights of Michael's life but it works cause the highs were pretty great. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
