@TELUSBusiness It is a small business account. Not corporate. I have tried ordering online from the page you sent but at the end after I’ve made all my choices it says I need to call Telus. But Telus on the phone have no idea how to pre-order for business.

@TELUSBusiness 2/2 this is unacceptable. Why bother telling us to pre order and sending out emails if you make it impossible to do so?

@TELUSBusiness 1/2 spent the entire day trying to pre order the iPhone 12 for my business. Only to find out that small businesses don’t get to pre order. None of your employees seem to know this. Now I will have to go in store and hope there is stock.
