He’s worked really hard all year and has made some fantastic improvements with his reading, handwriting and maths. His report was fantastic. So I think this is well deserved 👏👏👏

Lewis has had private tennis lessons for a few years now. It’s helping with his strength, balance and coordination. The group lessons always get a player of the term but this time Lewis has made such good improvement/progress that he was given a medal. He’s well chuffed!

I don’t get @askryanair you change our flights that have been booked since last year & there are no seats available for us to have an aisle seat. So WE have to pay to get seats together with an aisle for a tall passenger. Typical awful service. Last time will ever use them!

Then I wanted to move a child on the app but oh no you aren’t allowed to move the person with a special assistance booking. Why? Why is it different for someone with a disability? What century are we in? Well that’s a morning I won’t ever get back.

Lewis was invited to watch West Ham yesterday which was organised by Daniel Robinson & Sons for the children they support with CP. Although they lost and there was a very worrying head injury for George Earthy, Lewis had a wonderful experience.

Lewis’s physio suggested that he try a 2k Junior Parkrun today. He found it challenging but as usual made us all so proud. Here are his stats: Race number - 1 Time - 18:18 Place - 54 out of 63 Number of falls - 7/8 Proudness score - 100%

We had a fun day in London earlier this week. First we headed to the Army Museum and then to Tower Bridge for lunch and a boat trip along the Thames with the @TerribleThames

Happy World Book Day! Lewis has been enjoying Horrible Histories and wanted to be Rotten Roman today. He’s been putting his acting skills to good use and after a hearty breakfast has already beat his dad in a sword fight. #worldbookday2024 #horriblehistories #romans

This weekend we decided to go back to Markshall and Lewis wanted to do some running. We were so shocked with how much he managed. Once he started he became determined to run more and more. So now he’s in training for a park run!

On Monday Lewis joined a 5k hike with his friends at Cubs. Unfortunately, he was so tired that he fell and cut his knee and dad knew it was time to bring him home at 3k. He was upset when he got home but a few cuddles and a Freddo for the shock and he was ok again.
