Incredible experience at @ogxsoftball !Completed biomechanics assessment in pitching and hitting, so much significant data, personal feedback, and key takeaways that will positively contribute to my growth as an overall player. Left there with a data driven plan to attack.

I had the opportunity to attend another High Level Throwing clinic this time with @Wass_Strength who I haven't seen since summer of 2022. HLT clinics never fails, there is always growth. I have had continuous growth in overhand velocity, feels strong and efficient in patterning.

Halfway through winter training off season. Focusing on trunk stability, core control, and sequencing. Traveled to Maryland and got the opportunity to work with Courtney Wyche. Learned and worked on how to spin the ball, conditioning, and explosive power.

Final game of my OMS volleyball season and the most enjoyable moments was looking in the stands to see the love and support from friends, and athletes that I look up to cheering me on. #culturematters #surroundyourselfwithgoodpeople #notdoneyet #chasingdreams
