One of the best things that Bendis has ever done is give us the adventures of repressed bisexual trans woman Spider-Man and his openly bisexual trans woman clone

I also like that Henderson approaches how Harley and Ivy are perfect for each other but they still need to work at making their relationship healthy and overcoming their bad habits together.

I love how Erica Henderson writes Harley and Ivy’s relationship in Life & Crime. They're relationship just feels really tender and lovely to see blossom.

What I love most Harley and Ivy is they both have the inverse of each other’s origin. Ivy’s abusive relationship with Jason Woodrue is what set her on the path to becoming a supervillain but with Harley, becoming a supercriminal is what is led to her being trapped-

I’ve started reading Harley & Ivy: Life & Crimes and I like how the narration is Harley and Ivy playfully arguging over how their relationship started because it makes them feel like a genuine couple who bicker with each other out of love.

-Ashkenazi culture is a legitimate Jewish culture. The Bund’s ideology also rejected the idea that all Jewish people form a unified nation which a terrible place to start if you want to celebrate Jewish heritage.

I don’t get why the Bund is so fetishised. It’s a terrible way to celebrate Jewish heritage since most modern Bundists just use their Jewishness as a vehicle for politics and the promotion of Yiddish as the ideal symbol of Jewish nationalism just implies that only-
The Economist@TheEconomist

Jews in the diaspora who want to celebrate their heritage without tying themselves to Israel might look to the Bundist concept of “hereness”, which a new book by Molly Crabapple celebrates economist.com/culture/2026/0…

If your apology for not being trans-inclusive enough is taken up as a rallying cry for TERFs, you've definitely been enabling them and need to immediately learn how to actually challenge them. You can't go around commiserating with them instead, that's the transphobic enablement.

For context, the British comics industry is dominated by three types of books: -humour anthologies which are often aimed at young kids (eg: The Beano, The Dandy) -sci fi and horror aimed at teens and adults (2000AD) -reprints of American superhero comics.

I just read issue 95 of Green Lantern from the Ron Marz run and I really like how distinct this issue felt. It felt less like an American comic and more like something you’d see from a British science anthology.

What deuteronomy has to say about the likes of MAGA… Deuteronomy 18:20: “But a prophet who presumes to speak in my name anything I have not commanded, or a prophet who speaks in the name of other gods, is to be put to death.”

@horrifichymns @LombardiaNahuel I feel like with Earving, you could make an argument that if his brain damage impacted his ability to make decisions independently, he’d be able tomget into heaven since Islam and some branches of Christianity base it on what someone can be fully held accountable for.

The idea that politicians & parliament have their hands tied by the Supreme Court in the UK is constitutionally illogical and inaccurate. The UK Parliament created the Equality Act 2010 if you read Hansard you'd know the intent of parliament at the time was to ensure equality.
