4 years ago today I nearly overdosed on Painkilkers ,tramadol,co-codamol ,solpedine I was addicted for over 10 years and never told anyone,it made me depressed, suicidal and anxious…. But you can fight back with help and true determination,I’m so glad I did, picture on the left was me at my worst and on the right my best ,still have shit days like we all do but I’ll hopefully never go back to those dark days ,if your struggling ,talk to someone and NEVER GIVE IN !! I’m so glad I didn’t

Rogers' penalty is saved. #AVFC don't get many penalties (none in the PL), but when they do, they miss them

It’s 37 years ago tomorrow, since the tragic events at Hillsborough.
If there is one thing you listen to today it’s this.
BBC Radio 2 commentator Peter Jones and his final report on that day.
Simple, yet very powerful words.
NO ONE should go to a football match and not come home.
RIP The 97 Liverpool fans.
