The rules officials determined he caused his ball to move, and he was assessed a one-stroke penalty. He was the only person who saw the ball move, but he still called the rules official over. This is the first time we’ve seen a PGAT event play a course that LIV had previously been too. Quite clear golf fans in Miami have turned into LIV fans only as the crowds at each LIV Miami event were 5 times as big as the turn out for the PGAT.
