the way this new cheetah girls is actually more diverse than the original movies. a dark skinned black girl, mexican girl, asian girl. representation matters in all forms. and absolutely disney needs to do a better job at casting black and brown actors in original concepts and that discussion should never end. i’m more offended by then original casting since the book was all black girls. but as a little kid i never paid attention to that and neither are most of the kids this is being marketed to btw. it’s still very important to speak on it tho!!!
