You’d be surprised at how many young guys are running 8 figure stores with extremely lean teams.
The reality is you don’t need a big team to scale. You need a small circle of good talent, detailed SOPs, and automations/workflows for certain processes.
One of the many systems we’ve spent a lot of time optimizing is customer support. Here’s how we use AI to handle over 90% of our CS tickets with zero human input:
Step 1: Export 200+ support tickets from Gorgias or your current helpdesk
Step 2: Feed them into ChatGPT and tag by intent:
→ Shipping, tracking, returns, product questions, setup
Step 3: Build custom response templates based on tone, content, and complexity
Step 4: Connect Gorgias to N8N/Zapier and trigger replies based on tag
Step 5: Add a human fallback for edge cases or escalations
It seems simple but this system reduced our CS load across the portfolio by a significant percentage, and we have no plans to hire any other reps anytime soon.
Want the prompt bank + system flow we use to install AI support in under 2 hours?
Like this post & comment ‘Support’. I’ll DM you our AI workflow & SOP.

It blows my mind how many kids running black hat stuff have zero clue about the real consequences of the FTC coming after them. They see those $100M+ cases that settle for $5-$10M and think, "Oh, just a fine." Nah, it's way worse.
When the FTC comes for you, they're not just slapping you with a fine, they’re coming for everything. They’ll hit you for all the revenue you made, then settle for every dollar, asset, investment, literally everything you’ve got. The cars in your driveway, the watch on your wrist, the paintings on your wall. If it was bought with that money, it's gone.
Perhaps the scariest thing, even if it wasn’t bought with that money, it’s gone!
Let me give you an example. Say you’re a crypto trader, stock broker, business owner etc etc and make $10M in profit. You buy cars, a cool house, whatever. Then years later you move on to black hat marketing, pull in $100M in revenue, and make another $10M in profit. You don’t need another house or cars, so you just sit on the cash.
Then the FTC comes for you. They sue for the $100M and settle for everything you have to get close to that amount. That means they take the cars and the house you bought before and the $10M in cash you stacked after.
Once they clean you to $0, then they settle. Your $100M in revenue got a $20M judgment, but you’re left with nothing.
The FTC doesn’t play. It’s not just a cost of doing business, it’s a complete wipeout. If you think you’ll walk away with a penny to your name, think again.
Stay Safe out there kids …

How I wake up to 10 fresh ad scripts stolen from competitor winners every single morning…
This AI agent has spied on 340+ fb ads libraries for me yesterday
Runs 24/7…
and the learnings are insane…
The results? ‘This is basically creative steroids’
Here’s how it works:
→ AI scans competitor Facebook ad libraries → Identifies patterns in their winners → Extracts their exact messaging strategy → Generates fresh variations → Delivers new scripts to your Slack daily
This is too powerful to share publicly and I should honestly gatekeep this.
Like & comment ‘SPY AGENT’ and I’ll DM you. (Must be following)

made my first $1,000,000 in 2.5 months
so far ecom has been one of the best things that happened to me in past 3 years
and the life made me learn 3 HUGE lessons, while the last one is the most painful.
but without mastering those, it would never be possible
1. giving over getting
this is so fucking simple but yet most of us are too focused on gaining something from this life (like wealth, respect etc.)
while forgetting the simple fundamental of why such things even happen...
it's all about genuine value that you give to the world
very simple ➡️ people are ready to give you something ONLY if they believe that you or whatever you have to offer is more valuable to them than the price that you ask for it.
and it comes down to things like money, time and relationships every single time
2. every lock has a key to it
at this point, i don't care about whatever downfall happens to me, i believe that 99% of bad scenarios always have the way to the victory as long as i put my mind to it.
and whenever i face some sort of threat, i always think about this image (spolier: there is almost always something you can do)
3. NEVER ever get comfortable
i built my first ever "serious" business in 2020 when i was 17, with around 9 employees working with me for over 2 years straight
and i thought i figured it out...
up until 2022 when it all crashed
and all because i was not "prepared" for the war, took a huge L to the chin and started thinking that war was the reason i failed
bullshit.
if i were to simply push harder and be smarter during these 2 years, idk if i would even start ecom now 😂
this is why now. every single day i have a fear of not pushing hard enough.
this feeling that im not producing enough output never leaves me and i don't event want to fix this mindset.
but let it be so.
anyways, ask me anything
