And this is the reason people do not like or trust the police, because while there are good solid cops out there you also gets complete power hungry assholes like the guy in this video. It's not complicated, if someone asks "Why did you pull me over officer" just tell them. I don't ever get why so many police have such a mentally hard time simply telling some one(s) why they were pulled over. Instead no you want to assert your dominance, make sure people know just how big a fucking douchebag you are.
