1 in 7 Irish bathing waters (as reported on beaches.ie) have swim restrictions due to pollution / possible pollution. It mostly comes from sewage & agriculture. It increases in heavy rain, that will increase with climate change. We must stop this pollution!

In 2021, 71,811 tonnes of electrical and electronic waste was collected. Before throwing electric items out, ask yourself if they can be repaired. Visit repairmystuff.ie for more. If you have to dispose of WEEE, safely do so at retailers and your local recycling centre.
