My mind truly is in its most profound state when ive been up 2 days with 25min meditation. phone screen shut off then purposefully make myslef "bored" i stare at the wall for 10 min snd in those 10 min ideas come flowing, thoughts get analyzed, empathy growth by seeing their pov.
