However I have found relief from massage, yoga, and hot yoga. I take opiates to manage my pain, which help tremendously. Using a combination of massage/ hot yoga and opiates my pain is very well managed. I’ll keep managing my pain without acupuncture for the foreseeable future.

@JordanHarbinger #skepticSunday I’ve had chronic pain most my life from a misdiagnosis in childhood that resulted in a tethered spinal cord diagnosis when I was 30. I had surgery to snip the tether in 2016 & I still have sciatic nerve pain. Acupuncture & cupping haven’t helped me

@DearOldDads I love Wellbutrin and Adderall as a woman with depression and ADHD. Cymbalta is awesome for my chronic pain and anxiety. I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was a kid in the early 90’s. I even went to a special school for kids with learning disabilities. The kids sucked

Listening to #TheRadiumGirls by @KateBooks and it’s not for the faint of heart. I knew the broad story of what happened to these unsuspecting young women, but hearing their personal stories is incredible. Moore is an excellent writer who draws you in to each story.
